With over twenty years of senior management and director level experience in organizations around the world, Ian has a significant portfolio of professional and corporate relationships that he brings to the Albanese & Lutzke to assist in the identification and the facilitation of significant leisure projects.

Based in Cambridge, England, Ian works with the international team utilizing his background in the overseas property, travel and leisure sectors built up through a quarter of a century of successful project experience. Ian’s industry involvement includes Federation of Overseas Property Developers, Agents and Consultants ‘FOPDAC’ management committee member and writing for a number of trade and consumer publications.

He has a broad commercial and marketing background focused on Project development, project commercialization and implementation, licensing and franchising working with clients and partners across the world developing and implementing 'go to market' and 'brand development' programmes.
