Tim has been in the golf course design business since 1977, and
has extensive experience in all facets golf course development,
including design, construction and operations.

He has worked on over 40 golf course projects in many different capacities, and on a myriad of different project sites. Tim has worked with many different architects before coming aboard with Albanese & Lutzke, and he understands the how to lead a project
to a successful outcome. Many of the projects on which Tim has worked have received acclaim from the top golf publications -- Golf Digest, Golf Magazine and Links.

Tim understands the golf course development process from the start through to the end. He is as comfortable at the drawing table as he is in the field, and he recognizes the need to ensure each phase of the process is detailed.

TIm’s skillset includes design management, creating budgets, preparing schedules, coordinating manpower, negotiating with suppliers, coordinating professionals and ensuring projects are created on time and on budget.

Tim’s 25 years of experience creating high quality golf venues makes him a valuable member of our team. There is nothing Tim has not seen in this business.
